No mystery about who picks up

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Myth: you call a big company with its own crew. Reality: you reach an independent local provider in the network. They run their own business. They are the ones who inspect, treat and price the job.

Treebones Pest Control handles the matching. That is all. There are no staff profiles on this site because the people doing the work are the providers, and they will introduce themselves.

What Happens on the Call

A call is short and simple. Here is the usual flow:

  • You describe the problem. Ants in the kitchen, scratching in the attic, or signs of termites all work.
  • Your call is routed to a provider who handles that type of issue near Brentwood.
  • The provider asks a few questions about your home and what you have seen.
  • They explain next steps, such as an inspection, and offer an estimate.

Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

You do not need to know pest jargon. Try these questions:

  • What do you think the pest is, and how did it get in?
  • Will you inspect first? What does that involve?
  • What treatment do you suggest, and why?
  • Are the products safe around kids and pets?
  • Can I get the quote in writing?
  • Are follow-up visits part of the price?
  • Do you hold the license your work requires here?

For wildlife, also ask how animals are removed and how entry points get sealed. Sealing matters. Without it, the problem often returns.

You Are in Control

Myth: once you call, you are locked in. Reality: you are not. Talking to a provider carries no obligation. You can ask questions, think it over and compare a second quote.

Costs depend on the job. Typical U.S. prices vary a lot by pest, home size and how far the problem has spread. That is why a written quote matters.
